After your booking is confirmed you will be provided a boarding pass link from Airbnb’s trusted partner, ENSO Connect. Please note that a $550 security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not held by us) is required as part of the booking process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a $55 damage waiver. A perfect Hideaway up in the Hills yet close enough to enjoy the city. Enter the house through the backyard under the covered pergola with a BBQ & 8-seater outside table. Walk straight into the back living room with comfortable sofas, a television & views of the garden. This leads onto the dining room with an 8-seater dining table & chairs & a well-stocked, full kitchen There are 3 queen sized beds at one end of the house with a shower, bath & separate toilet, and a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board. At the other end of the house there is the Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and another television room close by. Enjoy our cosy sitting room at the centre (heart) of the house where you can curl up in front of the fire with one of the many books from our shelves, jigsaws and boardgames also available. Enjoy the serenity of our beautiful garden from our balcony, located at the front of the house. Our home has all basic guest amenities and beds will be made up with fresh linen and towels

A short 400m walk to Belair Train station takes you to the city in a leisurely 40 minutes. At the station is the original entrance to "The National Park" about a 10 minute walk. The main entrance for drivers is only a 15-20 minute walk in the other direction. Stroll around the Duck pond & look for turtles in the water. Try some of the looped tracks a day spot the koalas, & other Australian wildlife.
Belair is a beautiful Adelaide Hills neighbourhood with plenty to do, some of the popular nearby attractions are: - Belair National Park for native wildlife, walking trails, mountain bike tracks & cycling tracks - Located walking distance - Belair Wine Cellars - 9 Russel St - Sheoak Cafe - 38 Sheoak Road (400m walk away) - Lofty Botanic Gardens - 15min Drive - Blackwood nearby has Coles, Woolworths, Drakes & Aldi - Mount Osmond Golf Course - 15min Drive - Adelaide CBD - 20min Drive - Brighton Beach & Jetty for fishing - 20-25 min Drive - Government house

We loved the layout of the property. Master bedroom was away from other bedrooms. We enjoyed using the outdoor dining undercover. Laundry was very well organised, clothesline very near by. Kitchen was very well stocked. Parking off street was helpful. Cool house even on very warm days, didn’t use the AC very much at all. Highly recommended Thank you
