Sole use. One bedroom row cottage (with double sofa bed if needed) built around 1875 but updated with modern facilities in the past few years. Quiet area of the city, but also close enough to the city action Easy access to CBD and regions. Many eating and coffee places within a few minutes walk. Supermarket (IGA) just around corner. Free bus just around the corner. Approx 60 sq metres of space.

Close to free and other public transport. Parking on street via parking permit we supply. Goget.com car at end of street. Ofo bikes now in Adelaide and often nearby. Also city free bikes around corner.

It’s very nice location, cute space, the back door lock sticks, and lighting in the kitchen could be improved.

A humble cottage in a terrific location. Could literally walk around the corner and find cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets. We appreciated that the property was pet-friendly and well-appointed, from a washing machine to fly spray, however it was grubby and did not smell fresh. Leaves covering the backyard stuck to our shoes and were walked inside, necessitating vacuuming. Highlights were the clean, comfortable bed and the excellent cooling, resulting in a pleasant stay.
Enjoyed staying a block away from cafes and restaurants, yet the place was quiet. Easy place to find and walkable into the CBD.

This is an original workers home in a quiet street. It has plenty of cafes nearby and good access to city centre on public transport. It suited us well for attending the festival.
Centrally located, lots of cafes and hotels nearby.
