After your booking is confirmed you will be provided a boarding pass link from Airbnb’s trusted partner, ENSO Connect. Please note that a $550 security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not held by us) is required as part of the booking process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a $55 damage waiver. Entertainment & Living Spaces Indulge in the ultimate cinematic experience in the movie room, complete with a Sony Bravia 8 TV (77” OLED, 4K UHD) and Bose surround sound system. The formal lounge retreat upstairs offers yet another relaxing space with a large, comfortable sofa and wall-mounted 65” Samsung Frame TV. The open-plan dining and kitchen area exudes elegance, with an 8-seater dining table and additional breakfast bar seating, this room also features a wall mounted 50” Samsung Frame TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is outfitted with top-tier appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, Nespresso pod machine, kettle, toaster, and fridge—perfect for preparing meals in style. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bar and sitting room overlooks the stunning pool area. This refined space features another 65” Samsung Frame TV, a fully equipped bar with cocktail and wine glasses, utensils, and a bar fridge, making it the ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks or relaxed evenings. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: -Master Suite (Upstairs) – A sanctuary of luxury, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and a private ensuite with a shower and toilet. -Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (Upstairs) – Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort. -Bedroom 5 (Downstairs) – A king-size bed that can be split into two singles upon request, plus a split-system aircon. Additional Sleeping Space – A dedicated sitting room with a comfortable double-size pull-out sofa, ideal for extra guests. -Main Bathroom (Upstairs) – A modern space featuring a shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. -Master Bedroom Ensuite (Upstairs) - Connected to the master bedroom, featuring a shower and toilet. -Outdoor Pool Shower & Toilet (Downstairs) – Conveniently located near the pool area. -Half bathroom (Downstairs) Outdoor Oasis Step outside to the breathtaking pool area, featuring a pool, two large shade umbrellas, and a dedicated outdoor shower and toilet. The BBQ and alfresco dining area is built for grand entertaining, with a state-of-the-art BBQ equipped with a side burner, built-in chopping board, and temperature probes. Climate Control & Comfort Stay comfortable year-round with ducted air conditioning throughout the upstairs level and split-system air conditioning in all downstairs rooms (except the sofa-bed room).

Responsive host, friendly & always happy to help. Accommodation is clean and linen smells fresh; kitchen is pristine. It’s worth the money we paid for. The game room was our favourite. My husband and children spent a lot of time there, taking in turns playing Mario. Reminded us on our childhood game 😊. Will be back again. Highly recommended.

Noah was an amazing host, greeted me and the team with absolute respect and made the check in feel very welcoming. The house was absolutely beautiful, very big and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Adelaide with a large group. 5stars from me and the team.
The house was beautiful, but we had some major problems. The listing said there would be cleaning amenities available, but there were almost none. When we asked the host, he said cleaners would handle it, but he later claimed a double cleaning fee. The listing also indicated that the house was fully accessible except for the garage, but two additional doors inside were locked, which appeared to be the pantry in the kitchen and a cleaning storage area. It seemed that the absence of cleaning supplies and the locked cleaning storage were intentional ways to hinder our ability to clean, thereby justifying additional charges. We had friends visiting for a few hours, but the host ridiculously conducted a population count via surveillance and charged $68 per visitor, categorizing them as extra guests. The host also often watched the surveillance cameras and raised issues during our stay, which invaded our privacy. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

What a great place and the hosts so easy to deal with. This was my first BnB experience, so wasn’t sure how it all operated. It was made simple and enjoyable - every request catered for. House could comfortably hold 2 to 12 people no problem at all with the smart layout. Highly recommended to anyone. I what BnB hosts I will be looking at first in the future. 10 star rating
This home was absolutely stunning, Michelle, Noah and the team were super flexible, attentive and accommodating. Allowing us to check in early and met us onsite to familiarise ourselves with the property. There were some small things missing from the house however after communicating that with the host we received a delivery of the requested items! 10/10 home! Thank you Noah & Michelle 😊
