Welcome to our stunning two-storey home in Henley Beach South, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your stay. Our home conveniently has bus route right on our street, we are also only a 500m walk to the beach. Tour: Ground Floor: -Master Bedroom: Features a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom, providing a private oasis for rest and relaxation. -Kids Room: Equipped with a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom, single bed on the top) and a desk, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. -Open Plan Living Area: A spacious area with a comfortable lounge suite, board games, a large TV, and a dining table. The area seamlessly connects to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a butler's pantry, perfect for cooking family meals. -Outdoor Dining Area with BBQ: The open-plan area extends to the outdoor dining space and a fully fenced backyard, offering a safe and enjoyable environment for children to play and for everyone to dine alfresco. -Laundry Room: Includes a washing machine for your convenience. -Half Bathroom: Features a toilet and sink. Upstairs: -Lounge/Sitting Area: An open space between the two upstairs bedrooms, perfect for relaxing or as an additional living area. -Bedroom 2 & 3: Each bedroom has a queen bed, built-in wardrobes, and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also includes a built-in desk. All beds are made up as pictured, guest amenities are provided.
Guest's have access to the whole home except for the garage. This is off limits for guest usage.
Henley Beach South is well-connected with public transport options, making it easy to explore the area and beyond. Bus stops are conveniently located nearby, providing quick access to Adelaide's city center and other attractions. For those with a car, there's ample on-street parking. Biking is also a popular way to get around, with plenty of bike paths along the beach and through the parks. Enjoy easy access to the Adelaide Airport, just a short drive away. Public transport is very accessible with a bus stop on our street, this bus can take you down into Henley Beach Square or up into the Adelaide CBD.
Nestled in the heart of Henley Beach South, our home is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything this vibrant coastal suburb has to offer. Enjoy a short stroll to the pristine beaches and scenic parks. The area is brimming with delightful cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, offering something for everyone. Henley Square, a popular local hotspot, is nearby and perfect for dining, shopping, and people-watching.
House was lovely, Unfortunately the heater was broken however this was rectified at the earliest opportunity. Great communication throughout the stay and even when the kids left something behind. Great location! Lovely hosts!
We stayed here for the AFL Gather Round and found it to be a lovely part of Adelaide. Henley Beach is beautiful and the house was very comfortable. Responses to my messages were always quick and friendly. Getting into the house was easy. The only negative I would mention and it is not about the house, is that it is close to an airport - we weren't prepared for how loud the sound of the planes would be when we were trying to rest. Overall though we had a memorable time.
Overall, our stay (11 days) was very comfortable. The house was tidy, washing machine worked perfectly, great location in walking distance to the beach and Henly Square (about 20 mins), the area is quiet, however, it is right in line of the flight path. But we knew this. Its not a busy flight path. We were out and about during the day but at night I think I counted about 3 or 4 aircraft (RFDS aircraft, not heavy jets). Nothing to be a really annoyed with. The beds were clean and very comfortable. 3 of the rooms have ensuites which was great for a family of 5. Showers had great water pressure and were hot The only negative point I will make is that the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen felt dirty. The pots and pans were rusted and not appropriate for use. We messaged the host and they were replaced within the hour. Very impressed. Lastly, the outdoor areas could have done with a clean. Lots of cobwebs and leaves about. Would recommend this property to others.
This house is lovely, very cosey, low maintenance, great for a big family and I loved being able to have my two fur babies with me 😊 honestly one of the best air b n b I’ve stayed in. House is good and modern, appliances all work, good internet. Only needs new cooking pots upgrade ha ha everything else is great. Thoroughly cleaned couldn’t smell any prior pets or see any cat or dog hair anywhere. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks Michelle you have an amazing place and a wonderful attitude

Great location with an easy walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable particularly on the hot days where the air-conditioning was great for both downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking with great appliances. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful considered hosts. It was over 30° on the day we arrived, and our wonderful host formed the air con on for us prior to our arrival! It was so appreciated. The house itself is beautiful, with all the comforts we needed, plus extra touches like foil, bags, and even soap and shampoo! It's in a great location, walking distance to Henley beach, and a bus stop nearly at the front door.
