The house is incredible. Everything about it is excellent except for the way they charge a $550 bond but are not clear upfront that this is part of the arrangement when you rent this premises. They say it can take up to two weeks for the bond to be returned. Also, they give you the option of paying $55 to waive the bond. Luckily I had the head room on my credit card to absorb the $550 and to be fair they were quick with returning my bond. The problem I have with this is that it’s not all upfront and the ‘bond waiver’ feels like a gouge to me. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

Noah’s house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and had great appliances, cooking was a joy here. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, the heating system was a great bonus. Thanks for hosting us in your extremely comfortable home for our trip to Adelaide!
Beautiful home, kept very clean. Rooms are spacious. The location is great, I’d recommend hiring a car. Street parking was available but the driveway fit our car just fine. Thanks Noah and the NobleBnB team for having us!
Excellent stay - beautiful home and very comfortable. Driveway is very narrow, but we knew that beforehand. Plenty of street parking available. One suggestion for second bathroom - shower floor is quite slippery when wet - it needs a non-slip shower mat of some sort between shower and bath.
We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious and clean. It was within walking distance to the parks and city centre and booking an Uber was very quick as well. Noah and his team were very quick to respond and had clear instructions for check in and out. Would highly recommend.
We had a great time here- perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed for our young family, walking distance to parks and coffee shops, great security and outdoor space
